Dallas reboot cancelled

The TV series, Dallas, seems to have a knack for cliffhangers. The US TV drama, famous for its ‘Who shot JR?’ episode at the end of season three of the original series, was rebooted in 2012. TNT recently announced that new series had been cancelled due to poor ratings. The final episode aired in the US in September.

Dallas fans have been left on another cliffhanger, with a major character apparently dying in a car explosion. Fans of the show have taken to social media to express their anguish at being left hanging again, but the new series’ poor ratings suggest that maybe Dallas was best left in the 80s.
