Our No-bake Mandarin Cheesecake in a Cup is so easy to make and looks amazing. It’s a sweet and creamy treat with a citrus twist that you can enjoy solo or serve to your loved ones.

- 8 digestive biscuits, crushed
- 200g cream cheese
- 500g custard
- half an orange, zest and juice
- 1 small can mandarins, drained
Crush the digestive biscuits and divide them between four glasses making sure the crumbs are level. In a bowl whisk together the cream cheese and custard, and then add the orange zest and juice. Mix well. Spoon the mixture over the biscuit crumbs and decorate with mandarin segments. Chill for an hour before serving.
