Terms and Conditions
1. This promotion commences 9.00am 11 March 2022 until 11.59pm 30 March 2022 on www.yourlifechoices.com.au, and through associated enewsletters. The Promoter is YourLifeChoices, ACN: 637 338 311 Level 5, 549 St Kilda Road, Melbourne 3004.
2. This is a game of skill. The winners are required to leave a Google review on YourLifeChoices. The most creative responses will be chosen as the winner by a judging panel of YourLifeChoices website.
3. The prize winner will be contacted by the Promoter via email in the week commencing 1 April 2022 to the email address provided in the entry.
4. Three (3) attempts over a two week period will be made to contact the prize winner. If the prize remains unclaimed after 14 days, the judging panel will choose a secondary prize winner on 15 April 2022.
5. The Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
