Single-serve Banana Bread

Our Banana Bread is perfect for a single serving, and there is no need to feel guilty about indulging in this dessert, as it’s one of our more healthy ones.

Serves: One

Time: 20 minutes 


Dry ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons white flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar


Wet ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon mashed banana
  • 1 tablespoon applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract



Preheat the oven to 160°C. Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl and then in a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients. Next, combine the wet with the dry and pour into an oiled muffin pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool before enjoying.
