Choc banana topped muffins

A great recipe for grandkids or a simple dessert, these English muffins are topped with peanut chocolate spread and banana.

Serves: 2
Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 English muffins
  • 60g peanut butter
  • 40g milk chocolate
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • Ground cinnamon

Method
Melt chocolate in microwave or over stove before mixing with the peanut butter. Set aside.

Cut the muffins in half and toast in toaster until lightly golden.

Spread chocolate mixture onto both sides of muffins. Place sliced banana on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Serve and enjoy!
