If you like fruit and nut chocolate you will love this sweet slice. Easy to make and extremely delicious, this Chocolate Fruit & Nut Slice makes the perfect after dinner treat.

- 125g chocolate ripple biscuits, roughly crushed
- 200g condensed milk
- 60g butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sultanas
- 1/2 cup pistachio kernels, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup dark choc bits
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Grease a 13cm x 8cm slice pan and line with baking paper with extra paper hanging over the two long sides.
In a large bowl combine the crushed biscuits and butter before pressing into the bottom of the pan.
Mix the sultanas, coconut, and half the pistachios and choc bits in a bowl. Pour the condensed milk over and stir until well combined. Spread this mixture over the biscuit base and then scatter remaining pistachios and choc bits on top.
Bake for 20 minutes before setting aside to cool for an hour.
Cut into squares and serve.
