Treat yourself and your taste buds with this delicious recipe for chocolate brownies. Intensely rich and gooey, they are a little bit naughty but absolutely divine. A little slice of heaven!
Time: 45 minutes
- 200g unsalted butter
- 250g dark chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 250g brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 50g self raising flour
Preheat the oven to 190°C and grease and line a baking tin.
In a glass bowl set over a pan of simmering water, break in the dark and milk chocolate and add the butter. Gently melt while stirring occasionally.
Remove from the heat, stir until smooth and allow to cool.
Using a large bowl, break all three eggs in and whisk until light and fluffy. Add in the brown sugar and vanilla extract and whisk again until evenly blended.
Pour the chocolate into the egg mixture and gently fold in.
Once all the chocolate is mixed, sift in the flour and fold in until flour is completely mixed in.
Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake in the preheated oven for approx 30-35 minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Once completely cooled, slice into sixteen even pieces and enjoy your little slice of heaven.
