Low-fat Rum Balls

If you are craving a sweet treat but don’t want to ruin all your hard weight-loss efforts; why not try these scrumptious Low-fat Rum Balls? Low in calories but high in taste, they are the perfect guilt-free dessert.

Time: 1 hour 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Madeira cake crumbs  
  • 1/4 cup baking cocoa
  • 1/2 cup Carnation light & creamy evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sprinkles

Method

Mix cake crumbs and cocoa in a large bowl. Add the evaporated milk and rum and stir until a thick, sticky mixture forms. Place chocolate sprinkles in a shallow bowl. Roll two teaspoons of crumb mixture into a ball and then roll in chocolate sprinkles until well coated. Transfer to a large plate. Continue with remaining mixture and sprinkles. Refrigerate for one hour. Enjoy!
