Chicken and Apple Meatballs

Our Chicken and Apple Meatballs are a twist on the traditional kind, and make a stand-out finger food dish for your next house party.

Serves: Four

Time: 25 minutes


  • 1 apple, grated and juice squeezed out
  • 400g chicken mince
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
  • egg
  • 1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed


Pre heat oven to 210°C. In bowl, mix the apple, mince, sage, egg, breadcrumbs and garlic together. Form into bite sized balls. Place in a roasting dish and cook in oven for 15 minutes until browned and cooked through.
