Rachel isn’t much of a cook, but even she can pull off Banana Fluff, the world’s second-easiest dessert. And it’s so much healthier than Frog-in-a-Pond.
4 large bananas
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Peel the bananas and place them on a plate or tray. Freeze for two-to three hours, until frozen but not completely hard. Cut the frozen bananas into chunks and place into a food processor. Beat until thick and creamy and then add cinnamon and honey. Serve in an ice-cream cone or as a dessert in a bowl. If you would like a firmer consistency replace in the freezer for another hour or so.
