We love simple and quick dessert recipes, and our recipe for Blueberry Pie is perfect for making a last-minute dessert for one.
Time: Two minutes
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon creamy almond butter
- 1 teaspoon honey
In a mug, melt coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds. Mix in the almond flour and flatten with a spoon to make the crust. Add blueberries, almond butter and honey to the mug, then microwave for 45 seconds. Remove mug from microwave and mix everything together with a spoon. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
