- 155g roasted hazelnuts, chopped
- 225g icing sugar
- 30g cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 egg whites
Preheat the oven to 160°C and mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Spoon dough to make two discs on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 15 minutes or until puffed and cracked on top. Cool on the tray before eating.
