With wafers substituting for crumble, and tinned pears instead of fresh ones, you can enjoy our No-Bake Pear Crumble without having to use your oven.
Time: 5 minutes
- 1/2 can pear slices, drained
- 8 vanilla wafers, coarsely crushed
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Spoon pears into two dessert bowls. Sprinkle with crushed wafer crumbs. In a small bowl, mix the cream with the cinnamon and spoon over desserts. Serve with fresh berries and a flurry of coconut if you like.
