A fresh and healthy dessert option, our Stuffed Strawberries are incredibly easy and quick to make, and will become a favourite with friends.
- 1 large punnet fresh strawberries
- 150g cream cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons icing sugar
In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, vanilla and icing sugar until well combined. Wash the strawberries and cut off the stalk. Stand the strawberries on the cut end and cut the pointed end to form a deep cross, about two-thirds of the way down the strawberry. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the cross. Chill until ready to serve.
