Baked Corn

Baked Corn is an indulgent meal and our recipe goes that extra step by combining basil pesto with the butter. You will not look at corn the same way!

Serves: Two

Time: 25 minutes 

Ingredients

  • 20g butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons basil pesto
  • 2 corn cobs, husks removed


Method

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Combine butter and pesto in a bowl. Place corn on prepared tray. Spread with butter mixture. Bake for 20 minutes, turning every five minutes, or until corn is tender. Serve.
