Ready in just 20 minutes, this pasta dish is packed full of flavour and is a great way to enjoy pasta but still have your vegetables.

- 200g pasta
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli, chopped
- 1 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
- 15g grated parmesan cheese
- 1/8 cup basil leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter
- Olive oil
Bring a large pot of water with added salt to the boil before adding the pasta and cooking following the instructions on the packet.
Meanwhile heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the butter and allow to brown before adding the lemon juice and broccoli. Cook broccoli until tender, approximately four minutes.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain and add to the frying pan with the broccoli. Pour in the pine nuts and basil and stir well to combine before seasoning with salt and pepper.
Divide into bowls and garnish with grated parmesan and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve immediately.
