Grilled Fish Burger

This succulent Grilled Fish Burger with crisp lettuce and fresh tomato is a great guilt-free meal. Perfect when dining solo or double the ingredients to share your lunch or dinner with a friend.

  • 150g white fish (Snapper, barramundi, cod)
  • 1 roll, wholemeal or multigrain
  • 3 slices fresh tomato
  • 1 slice reduce fat Swiss cheese
  • Tomato relish/ sauce
  • Lettuce
  • Cooking spray


Heat fry pan on a medium heat. Spray fish with cooking spray on both sides and season with salt and pepper. Cook each side for 4-5 minutes depending on thickness of fish. Place bun on pan face down to toast the inside only.  Leave the outside soft. Dress bun with lettuce, tomato and cheese then place fish on top, add tomato relish or sauce and enjoy!
