Some days a dinner that involves no muss and no fuss is what we crave. This steak with a thyme gravy is just perfect.
- 2 steaks – rump, sirloin, t-bone whatever you prefer
- 165g liquid gravy
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
Heat the oil in a frying pan.
Season the steak with the black pepper, then cook to your liking. Set aside and cover with foil to keep warm.
Add the gravy and thyme to the pan and stir until heated. Pour over the steak to serve.
