Five-Minute Fruit and Yoghurt Smoothie

Welcome in the warmer weather with this quick and easy healthy fruit and yoghurt smoothie.

1 & 1/2 cups of natural yoghurt
1 banana
1/4 cup low-fat milk
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen peaches
1 tablespoon honey

This is where is couldn’t be simpler. Place all ingredients in a blender and whisk until smooth.
