Non-Alcoholic Mango Margarita

Cool down on a hot summer’s day with a delicious, sharp Mango Margarita.

Ingredients (serves two)
1 large mango, cubed
1/2 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed is best)
4 tablespoons sugar (you can add more if it’s too sharp)
3 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 cup of water
Salt, lime slices and ice to serve

Blend all ingredients in a blender to a puree. Place each glass rim down in the mixture and then dip in a saucer of salt. Put some ice in each glass and divide liquid between the two. Garnish with lime slices and enjoy.
