In shallow bowl, mix 1/3 cup orange juice, ginger, oil and soy sauce, and then completely coat the salmon fillets with mixture. Leave in refrigerator to marinate for four hours.

In a small saucepan over low heat, add the chutney and one tablespoon of orange juice, and heat until the chutney dissolves.

Preheat oven to 190ÂșC and lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil. Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet and brush with the chutney mixture. Bake for 10 minutes until the fillets are cooked. Serve with a fresh side salad.
