Breakfast Wrap

If you have woken up famished, you need to try our Breakfast Wrap. It is extremely versatile and easy. We prefer using spinach and tasty cheese, however, any vegetable or cheese variety goes well in the wrap. To really spice up the recipe, try adding a salsa, guacamole or sour cream.

Serves: One

Time: 15 minutes 

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
  • 3 slices tasty cheese
  • Pita wrap
  • Salt & pepper to taste

 

Method

In a frying pan cook the spinach and season as desired and leave to one side. Fry eggs in the fry pan until cooked, add to your wrap with cooked spinach and cheese and then fold.
