Mediterranean wraps

This delicious Mediterranean Wrap only takes 10 minutes to prepare and cook, and offers a lunchtime alternative to boring sandwiches.


  • 1/2 tablespoon gravy powder
  • 150g beef mince
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves (dried)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1/2 Lebanese cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 1/4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tortillas


Combine the mince, gravy powder and oregano leaves and form into two patties.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the patties for two or three minutes each side until cooked through. Cut each patty in half.

Meanwhile mix the tomato, cucumber, onion and lemon juice together.

Divide the spinach leaves between the tortillas, top with the tomato salad, patties and yoghurt.

Wrap to enclose.
