Serves: Two cups
Time: Five minutes
- 2 cups basil leaves, packed down
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup avocado
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor until mixed well, adding a little extra water to loosen if needed. Season well.
