Cheese straws

Ingredients
2 cups self-raising flour
2 cups grated sharp cheddar/tasty cheese
1/4 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water

Method
Preheat oven to 200°C. Line baking tray with baking paper. Mix flour, paprika, salt, cheese and butter until well combined. Add water a little at a time to make a very stiff dough. Lightly flour a surface and roll pieces of the dough into pencil-sized sticks. Arrange dough sticks on baking tray and cook for five minutes or until golden brown.
