Feta Dip with Herbs

Ingredients
250g feta cheese
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 hot chillies, chopped
1/2 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
2 spring onions, chopped

Method
Mash the feta with a fork and combine with the remaining ingredients
Place in a serving bowl and refrigerate until serving.
Serve with your choice of bread, crudités or crackers
