100g butter or margarine
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoons of honey
5 cups of cornflakes
Preheat oven to 160’C
Melt butter, sugar, and honey together in a large saucepan until frothy.
Remove from heat.
Add cornflakes and mix well.
Spoon into paper cup cake cases.
Bake in oven at 160°C for 10 minutes.
Allow to cool in fridge for about 20 minutes.
Makes approximately 24 – watch them disappear quickly!
