Time: 15 minutes
- 250g cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 red apple
- mayonnaise, or natural yoghurt, as needed
- salt and pepper, to season
Finely grate the cabbage, carrot and apple, then combine in a large bowl.Add the mayonnaise or yoghurt to hold the ingredients together, and season.
