Crunchy Coleslaw

Looking for a healthy and delicious addition to your dinner or lunch? Why not try our easy Crunchy Coleslaw? With cabbage being in season, it won’t hurt the hip pocket either.

Serve: Two

Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 250g cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 red apple
  • mayonnaise, or natural yoghurt, as needed
  • salt and pepper, to season


Method

Finely grate the cabbage, carrot and apple, then combine in a large bowl.Add the mayonnaise or yoghurt to hold the ingredients together, and season.
