Discover the $12 Kmart gem perfect for chilly winter nights

As the mercury drops and the nights grow longer, there’s nothing quite like snuggling up in your cosiest pyjamas, a hot cuppa, and your favourite show queued up on the telly.

For many of us, winter is the perfect excuse to embrace comfort, and if you’re anything like us, you might even find yourself spending a little more time in your pyjamas than you’d care to admit. But who says you can’t be stylish while you’re at it?

Enter Kmart, the beloved Australian retailer that’s long been a go-to for affordable homewares and fashion. This winter, their sleepwear range is stealing the spotlight—and for good reason.

Kmart shopper Celine Flint recently took to social media to showcase her latest haul, and let’s say, it’s enough to make anyone want to upgrade their pyjama drawer.

Flint’s finds included everything from red and white striped varsity-style pants (which are all the rage right now) to a long-sleeved red deer top, classic flannel checked pants, a grey pyjama tee, a matching teddy bear set, a leopard print top, and those all-important fluffy home socks.

The best part? Every item was a bargain, with nothing over $30, and some, like the flannel pyjamas, cost just $12.

It’s not just about the price, though. As Flint pointed out, the variety and quality on offer mean there’s something for everyone, no matter your style or preference.

‘The price speaks for itself, and having so many options of pyjamas at an affordable price means no one has to miss out on enjoying cute and warm winter PJ sets,’ she said.

Flannel pyjamas, in particular, are a winter staple for Flint.

‘I get cold easily, so flannels are the way to go for me, and these ones are great for only $12.00,’ she shared.

But it’s not just about bedtime. Flint admitted she often wears her pyjamas to hang around the house. The range of materials on offer—flannel, satin, waffle, and woven—allows you to mix and match to suit your mood or the season.

‘There’s no right or wrong when it comes to wearing pyjamas,’ she said.

Kmart’s sleepwear range is also impressively inclusive, with sizes running from 6 to 22 in most designs. Whether you prefer a fitted look or want to size up for that extra-relaxed feel, there’s something to suit every body and every comfort level.

As the weather warms, you can swap out your flannels for lighter cotton, bamboo, or silk options—Kmart has you covered year-round.

It’s no wonder Kmart’s sleepwear has developed a cult following. With new designs dropping regularly, something fresh will always tempt you, whether after classic checks, playful prints, or on-trend stripes.

With prices this low, you might find yourself picking up a few extra pairs—after all, who says you can have too many pyjamas?

Of course, the real test is in the wearing. We’d love to hear your thoughts on whether you’ve tried Kmart’s pyjamas! Do you have a favourite style or material?
