Free calorie counting program

If you are trying to lose a few kilos, counting your calorie intake is an important part of the weight loss process. Drew shares a free program which allows you to track your intake and graph results.

With 500,000 likes on Facebook and the highest rating in both the Apple App Store and Google Marketplace for a calorie tracking product, MyFitnessPal is the leading website and App for tracking your calorie intake and exercise.

Signing up on the website takes just one minute or downloading the app could take a few. Once you have signed in, you will need to input your measurements and the system will tell you exactly how many calories you should be aiming for each day. It is important to note that not everyone is the same and it may be worth finding a medical practitioner who is qualified in this field to help you understand your calorie goal rate per day.

I have successfully used the program to track and record my results over the past six months and have found the food and drink calorie counts to be right on the money. I am yet to find a food which wasn’t in the system.

The best part about the MyFitnessPal website has to be the community area where like minded people who are determined to lose weight in a healthy manner can provide helpful advice and tips.
