Protect your Google search history

For most people, maintaining their privacy online is very important. With Google set to implement its new privacy policy on 1 March this year, it is worth finding out how to protect your search history.

As you can imagine, your web history can reveal a lot about you based on the sites you regularly visit and the search terms you look for online.

The new privacy policy will allow Google to combine this history with other information it collects on you when you use its other products, such as YouTube. By following YOURLifeChoices’ quick and easy instructions, you can prevent this from happening.

You can simply:

• Sign into your Google account
• Type https://www.google.com/history into your browser
• Click “remove all Web History”
• Click “OK”.
