Has an article ever caught your attention at a time when you were too busy to read it, and then seemed to vanish when you looked for it later? Facebook’s new ‘save’ feature will address this issue by allowing you to save articles or links which you see on your newsfeed to a list. So if you don’t have time to read something, you can easily find it later.
This new tool will be released for mobile and tablet apps shortly, but it is available on PCs now.
To use this feature, simply click on the little downwards arrow at the top right of a post you would like to read later, and click the Save option.
Then, whenever you would like to access your saved list, just click the Saved button which can be found on the left-hand side of your Facebook home page.
Perhaps one drawback of this new feature is that your save list won’t be available offline, meaning that you can’t actually save the articles to your phone, just the links to them.
