It absolutely poured bucketfuls last night but comes 11 am and the sun came out

...sure was some heat in it

... was like having your own personal sauna

Know that feeling Abby. Just checked the BOM and the humidity is between 89 and 100% in locations near here after today's storms.

Just heard the weather forecast on the news.

They forecast 41C for WA ... I hope our WA members can stay cool

Not wanting to gloat ... but we are doing a lot better on the Central Coast

Some humidity around from the previous rain :(

Only 10.30 am here Abby and already 32 it is going to be a stinker. My neighbours were in their pools at 7.30 am and now all is quiet, one thing is for sure the washing is going to bake on the line very quickly!

Dreadful temps in WA-- we are a bit lucky today it is about 24 -- but wish we could get some good rain -- seems to go everywhere but here except for the odd few drops

Yes I thought of you Viv when I saw the weather news :)

You should be taking your share of the rain instead of it all dumping on us :(

The sunny day forecast has turned into clouds and not a bit of blue sky to be seen.

4 p.m. here in WA in Perth.  41 degrees under our patio.

Was at the neighbour's place this evening and we had to put on cardigans to keep warm out on the balcony.

Hope it cools for you soon Radish.

6.25 pm just checked down to 35 degrees...

got to 32 here in melbourne,  but it did feel hotter than  that,   but the shops were crowded,   so to be expected,     but forecast hot for xmas eve,   and the big day,    so it might be salads for xmas lunch,    but  RUSS [hubby]   wont care ,  as he has got shellfish anyway,  i dont eat it,   and could never understand why people rave over it,    i find it to be the dryest food ever,
