You'll be amazed at the things you see on Google Earth

You'd be amazed at the things you can see on Google Earth. From a lake of blood to faces in the terrain, here are 14 freaky photographs captured by the 'all seeing eye' that is Google Earth.

Which do you think is the strangest? Do you have a problem with this type of surveillance? Or does it give you comfort?

All very interesting Leon especially when you go further onto other clips

The detail is amazing.

Google Earth shows a small bush in my backyard, which I had recently removed.

And if WE are able to see what WE see just imagine what the powers that be can see

I am now closing my curtains PlanB...lol

And I have three huge palm trees standing like soldiers Tedwalker, that were removed over two years ago.. :)

I love this clip of Michael McIntyre doing Google Earth.

:) And yes ... I did my house first too.

RnR -  Love Michael McIntyre. Haven't tried Googling my house yet. What he said about the taps in the toilets is so true. I went to a Golf Club recently and used the Ladies Loo. Went to wash my hands but didn't have a clue how to make the hand dryers work. I heard people operating them but they wouldn't work for me so I gave up and used a tissue to wipe my hands.

I also love Michael McIntyre RnR, I have never seen that clip before,so funny, I did something similar Hola..and there was no one in the loo to ask, thank goodness  I carry sanitised wipes everywhere I go,.

I was told later that you had to use your knee to operate the sink taps..

Geez, I would have still been in there...

I bet anyone in security surveying my futile attempts to work it had a laugh...lolol

I loath those blowers and they are so unsanitary too _ I always carry a small hand towel with me plus baby wipes and sanitizer -- I like paper towel plus can use them to turn off taps and open door after you have washed your hands

Plan B

I carry the wipe with untill I leave the restroom area and then bin it when I passed all the doors ... some do not wash or wipe and grub up the outgoing door handles.

They have some men walking around with the Google cameras on their backs taking you to national parks and views etc now it is very interesting.

Whilst it may have some benefits for the average person, this type of surveillance is also useful for thiefs and robbers who can check out the lay of the land before making their move.

Yes dead right there Abby

Totally agree Abby and PlanB ... as are the online real estate ads with their collection of interior/garden photos.

Next door got their car stolen out of the garage a week after house was listed for sale online.

Wonder if it was connected?

KnR

Never even thought about the online Real Estate notices

But you are right on the money there

.. at least the google images at times are several years old
