And the winner is....

Blowing my own trumpet today..

I have just won a case against a big company.

It has taken almost four months to come to a satisfactory conclusion and against all hope of success I just kept pushing the issue.

It just goes to show that sometimes it pays not to be browbeaten by bulls-it and technical terminology..

I now have a full refund and a big smile on my face...

I took a Toyota franchise to the Small Claim Tribunal when they failed to fix my car airconditioner and I had spent a large amount on having it repaired.

It was eventually settled to our mutual satisfaction so I fully understand how it feels to have a win...good one!

There are so many loopholes that these companies can wriggle through Pepe..

I hate to think how many people get ripped off through overpowering sales departments through lack of knowledge or missing a few vital "small print" phrases.

I wonder what the average win is for the ordinary joe who comes up against these cleverclogs who sit in their offices on their phones and talk through their backsides.

but great you had a win too...That makes two of us..

Any more?

THREE CHEERS FOR THE UNDERDOGS . I love to hear stories of people that stand up for their rights and win.  Well done girls. !!

Not many winners among us is there Hola....?

But that's good, it means there are millions of happy customers out there, that have no grounds for despute.

Consumer affairs can take a break.
