Rise and shine I said to self this morning, Its time to get out the brooms, brushes, polishing clothes and feather dusters to brush the cobwebs away... 

Spring cleaning is in the air...

After I have been in here and had a browse and a comment or two that is....lol

Does anybody else have 'Spring Fever' ? :)

Well, I have made good headway , popped back in and no other springs have sprung...

So now I am off to the club with some lovely live people...

Welcome to this glorious Spring Day. I was up at 5 a.m. about usual for me, only seem to need 4-5 hours of shut eye.  Looked out of the window to check up on my plants, yep, they are all looking spiffy. Still plenty of buds but the colours are like looking at a painter's palette. A large park near my home opens its gates for the month of September to have their Westeria Festival. People come from far and wide to look at the kaleidoscope of colours and the Cherry Blossoms are in every shade of pink. Bus loads of Japenese arrive during the month to take photos of them.

I woke this morning after yet another rotten night of coughing.  Has anyone else caught this lurgy going round.??

Starts with a dry cough and by day 3 it is right  in your chest.  Went to doc yesterday and put me on antibiotics...now it is started to work on the lungs...cough, cough, cough!

Apparently it is going around here in WA

Pepe -  When I get the first signs of a sore throat I head straight for the Apple Cider Vinegar. I put 10 mls in a tiny glass of luke warm water, gargle and swallow. I do this 2/3 time a day especially before going to bed, it seems to kill off the germs.  I have had only one cold this year and haven't had the flu injection. Hope you're feeling better soon.
