Simple tips for a good night's sleep

 

We all know how important it is to get a good nights' sleep, so any tips to help us have a more restful sleep and more energy for our daily dealings is always welcome.

Do not quite agree with all the tips suggested above

Particularly the suggestion about exercise before sleep ... obviously the author is not familiar with bedroom gymnastics ...best thing for sleep ever :)

Push-ups.

I thought ALL those hints were crazy -- I have always had 4 hours sleep and never been tired -- I used to when younger get up and do some work -- these days not so energetic ,   now I turn on the TV and watch what I have recorded

I tried some of those hints last night, woke up at 3.a.m. this morning ready to start the day.

My dear HOLA ....... Ugggggg 3am Uggggggg no way I am sleep like a rock .... min sleep for me is 71/2 or 8 x day see .... a bit of cudle up release your tensions of the day is the best way ... all this with a glass of hot milk (No licor at all) just a release of tensions of the day ....some soft music for a short time and I promise you get your 8 Hrs x day .....

See easy easy ..... Release of tensions is a great feeling and if is a nice friend or partner well ....nothing else to say he he he he and if you do not have one well is time to go out and find one that you like he he he he ... I did New Life New World New everything just go go go go Life is to short to waist it ..... Only fun counts the rest ....througth it away ...forgrt it

AUSSIE    -  Darling boy, you are so funny. Maybe it is easy peasy for you to get a partner but I am not looking for one.  I   have good friends but the older one gets we start to worry about everything.  I read somewhere, "Forget trying to walk a mile in someone's shoes, Try spending a day wandering around in my mind. Now that will give you something worth thinking about".  Those articles were very interesting, but it takes two to Tango, if you know what I mean? Life is to short to worry about anything, we are old and work and provide to the country (I provide 3 Kids) now is our time I do not care about anything only my kids but they are ok.

I do not read anything only technical books about new developments and yes i know how to party but in Asian countries is all money so party is careful very careful.

Yes I enjoy my life now and never read anything at all because is other peoples ideas or problems and is bad to read other peoples problems or suggestions to get better.

Everybody knows there body and there limitations ( I do) that is why I never waste my time reading other peoples ideas or suggestions ..... they may be good for them but could be terrible for me .... I find my own ways 

This is the way I think and spend my life ...not selfish at all I share all i have with anybody in need including money if I can .....

Take it easy and have fun in anyway you can or want .... just remember life is short
