More media hype, as far as I know indecent exposure has always been illegal, so how can you introduce a law that already exists?

Pure hype in the hope of selling newspapers.

agree about the rubbish graffitti RADISH, but some of it is really a work of art, at the south market some walls have been done and its beautiful, as for the MOONING, i couldnt care less, if they want to get a cold arse, go ahead,

Yes, I am referring to the rubbish graffiti Cats. I hate to see the damage done to trains, buses etc. Go overseas to Singapore/China for instance and you never see that at all.

I think it a bit of a shame really. People are getting way too precious.

I remember the fun time we had watching the mooners from the Amtrak train going down the Moon River portion of the Colorado River.

These are trained river runners that 'moon' the train from their rafts. Tricky and clever.

Pity our pollies couldn't spend some time sorting out real problems instead of wasting time on this stuff or "why they have to sit during school holidays "etc.
