DOMESTIC - TEENAGE VIOLENCE - PEDOPHILIA

Domestic violence has made headlines in the media of late sadly,

It is very sad that 9 women have been killed so far this year in domestic violence, I was really surprised to read that.

Why is this happening in our society?

Years ago in my 30s a neigbour was bashed about so much she couldn't stand and was found at the bottom of her garden, her husband had taken the daughter and left, he didn't want his daughter but he didn't want the mother his wife to have her, so he put her in an orphanage.

The mother spent six weeks with social workers trying to find her missing daughter. That started a friendship with our family as the little girl was a year younger than my eldest.

But the mother had to spend a whole year proving to the Family Court that she was able to care for her own child!

Former students of convicted paedophile Peter John O’Neil are calling for him to be medically extradited to Tasmania and jailed. His sentence is suspended because he is morbidly obese but Rachel is demanding justice for the young victim-survivors.

Peter O’Neil is a teacher and pedophile who abused many boys he taught in Tasmania. He has just been sentenced to five years jail for seven offences. But the entire sentence has been wholly suspended.

What he did caused great harm. There’s been a suicide as well as several unsuccessful attempts. His victims’ educations were ruined. All have suffered mental health problems with one being institutionalised fifty times. One has been jailed and all have had to have psychological counselling.

The Supreme Court judge wanted to send O’Neil to jail but said he couldn’t because O’Neil lives in Canberra and getting him to Tasmania was too big a problem. But that problem isn’t too big. O’Neil could and should be extradited and jailed.

He could have been extradited by a medivac flight for the trial but his solicitor said that it would cost up to $40,000. His trial coincided with the beginning of Covid19. The court decided not to follow up on his extradition.

"Earlier this year the possibility of him being brought from Canberra to Launceston by air ambulance was investigated. It was estimated that that would cost $25,000 to $40,000 if it could be done. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the investigation of the possibility of transportation by air ambulance did not proceed." Justice Allan Blow

His victims have suffered hugely and justice has not been done.

Read Justice Blow’s sentencing comments here to fully understand the awful crimes O’Neil committed and the effect they had on his young victims. https://www.supremecourt.tas.gov.au/sentences/oneill-p-j/?fbclid=IwAR2ipmqMXxJKtNqOjOyrYr0X08Yl-wHwXlLOZ_C6SvEPvvLC7lf6EOF2vG4

This subject should be out in the open more often so parents can learn what they are up against to protect their children.

Ice addict father who took photographs as he repeatedly raped a five-year-old girl for a year is jailed for nine years

Shenton Lee Flenady, 42, sexually abused the girl - who was not his daughter - for a year and told her not to tell anyone, Brisbane District Court heard.

Horrific abuse.

Very sick people, being on drugs is no excuse.

I agree Incognito -- if they say drugs or alcohol is to blame them that should then include more punishment as it was their choice to use them,  too many of these dead beats are blaming it and getting away with dreadful crimes

Animals in Malta are at an increased risk of sexual assault from humans, as the island nation does not have an explicit ban on bestiality.

As one of only a few remaining countries to legally allow sex with animals, Malta could become a perverse tourist destination for people who seek to engage in bestiality, Etienne Savona, Ph.D., a lawyer who wrote a proposal to ban the sickening practice, told Lovin MaltaDogs, horses, cats are reportedly the species most at risk.

Recently, a Maltese sheep farmer caught a man having sexual relations with his flock after they “showed signs of being terrified,” according to TVM. The man was charged with gaining illegal entry into private property, but his horrifying act of cruelty toward the sheep is completely legal.

In addition to the gross abuse toward animals, bestiality carries the risk of spreading zoonotic diseases.

Malta must update its outdated laws and criminalize sexual activities with animals.

Sign this petition urging Maltese Ambassador to the United States Keith Azzopardi to push for his country to ban bestiality, protecting helpless animals from suffering and abuse.

This is off topic Incognito.

Sorry Celia, was not sure where to post, I thought it was about horrible people, if I could remove it I would and post it elsewhere.

Rubbish it is NOT off-topic -- it is an utterly despicable act once again done by humans and has to be stopped -- and I thank you for posting it Incognito -- I have signed --

These despicable scum that has sex with animals or children or rapes anyone needs to  have much more punishment than they are getting -- some are out of jail in a very short time -- some cases IMO need the death penalty

Also if they blame drugs or drink on their behavior then they should get even more punishment!

Thanks PlanB, I just wanted to make sure people who care saw it and signed, thanks for signing too. Yes it makes me feel sick and what some people do, punishment should be the same as if they were doing it to children.

YES,   incognito,   thank you for putting that up,   as horrifying as it is,     there is no end to the horrors that man does,     this country needs to change its laws,

I posted because I think some people do not realize it is happening, and that we need to be aware not just about kids but animals too, yes it is horrifying and disgusting. Changing laws is the start catching these horrible people then can happen and prosecute them.

Another bunch of sicko's, those poor children, so glad they have been busted, and these people are working and living in our communities!!

UNMASKED: The alleged child rapist charged with abusing girl, 11, who was so terrified when he was freed on bail she took her own life - as cruel twist in case that shocked Australia is revealedPICTURED: Man charged with sex abuse of West Australian girl who killed herself when he

Peter Frederick Humes, 66, (left) was charged last month after Western Australian girl Annaliesse Ugle identified him as her alleged abuser - but he was released on bail the same day. Annaliesse, (right, her mourning loved ones inset) from the small town of Boddington in the state's south-west, was flown to Perth Children's Hospital on Tuesday with self-inflicted injuries and died the next day.

Poor family, why was he let out on bail??

Absolutely tragic.  My heart bleeds for this little girl.

I agree with you, Incognito.  Why was he allowed out on bail.

No paedophile ... no matter what the circumstances ... should be allowed bail.

Hopefully there will be an enquiry at the top most level, which will change the law.

Regarding bestiality ... absolutely unimaginable ... sickening to the core.  Apparently there are some countries where it remains "legal".

Prior to WWII,   Germany was considered the most civilized and cultured country in the world.

Yet,  bestiality (zoophilia) was only banned seven years ago, in 2013.  Germany even had animal brothels.

The zoophile community filed a suit against the government, saying that it violated their rights.  ZETA, a German zoophile-rights group marched through the streets of Berlin.

(It beggars belief that the members could even show their faces!!!)

Wow did not know that about Germany, how bizzare and horrific "animal brothels" poor things, makes me sick to the core to think about it, geez there are some really sick, cruel and selfish people in the world, they should be all put on an island without food so they can die out slowly.

I am shocked at these  'animal brothels'  but then when I read and see on TV what some get up to I shouldn't be -- what absolute low lives they are -- those poor animals --

I really think that the death penalty needs to be brought back in

Free 13year old Christian girl from forced Islamic marriage with 44 Year old paedophile in Pakistan

Pakistani Christians across the globe have been holding protests calling for the Justice for 13 year old Arzoo Raja from Karachi Railway Colony, who was abducted on October 13th from her home by her next door neighbour.

Her father Raja who had started work at 7.30 am, had to hurry back to his home after he received a call from his neighbour Jameel, who informed him that his other children and neighbours were searching for Arzoo. After some time searching, Raja later went to Frere Police Station and registered a missing persons report. He and his Rita spent all night praying for the return of their daughter.

Days later local police called the parents back to the police station and informed them that Arzoo had been married to a 44 year old Muslim neighbour named Ali Azher, and that she had willingly converted to Islam. When the parents exclaimed that Arzoo was only 13 years of age, the easily duped or completely complicit police then shared a falsified birth certificate, which suggested that Arzoo was 18 years of age and sham marriage certificate (NIkkah).

When the family challenged the marriage through the courts on October 27th, the Sindh High Court ruled the marriage was valid and that Azhar would not be arrested. The Judge also ruled that the couple should be protected from any harassment or threat. Worse still the family of Arzoo where prevented from entering the courts with their prosecution team by Police and Rangers (military police), an action believed to be undertaken as family members of Ali Azher are police officers and a natural bias against Christians.

Hannah Chowdhry, spokesperson for British Asian Christian Association, said:

"I am very aware of the situation that young Pakistani Christian girls face, many are prevented the joy and discipline of school, as parents choose safety over a good education.

"Is it a wonder then, that so many Pak-Christian girls are illiterate and end up being abused in domestic cleaning jobs, sadly the very protection that parents attempt is the trigger for years of suffering.

"I have spoken of this on many occasions, at various public events over the last three years, yet the situation remains the same, the Pakistani Government, their police and Judiciary turn a blind-eye, allowing sexual predators a sense of immunity.

She added:

"Arzoo's plight reminds us of the low value of Christian girls in Pakistan, who become easy prey for empowered Muslim men who can steer the authorities away from justice.

"A facet of Pakistan's Islamic identity that traps girls with their abusers, coupled with the violence and threats that make it often impossible to escape.

"In my role with BACA I have spoken to several extremely broken victims who we have helped escaped forced marriages - with great difficulty.

"Freedom is not all it's cut out to be, often they have to fight cultural dishonour to regain their place in society - this too must change!

Lord Alton of Liverpool, said:

"How can a 13 years old child who does not understand her own religion, decide in a couple of days to comprehensively understand Islam and convert overnight?

"How was the marriage allowed between a 44 years old man and a 13 years old girl, while Pakistan's 'Child Marriage Restraint Act, 1929' states that the minimum marriageable age in Pakistan is 16 and the Sindh Child Marriage Restraint Act 2013 stipulates that any party to marriage must be at least 18 years of age in Sindh?

"Why did the Sindh High Court judge not look at the irrefutable evidence of the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) birth record confirming her age to be 13 years old?

This is where I started the Thread for

DOMESTIC - TEENAGE VIOLENCE - PEDOPHILIA

I thought it would be cleaner to have its own thread just incame someone comes across a news item that is upsetting for them to see.

Pakistan's Prime Minister has approved in principle a law on chemical castration of rapists.

Former cricket captain and Pakistan premier Imran Khan yesterday approved the law which would also fast track sexual assault cases, according to local reports.

The decision was made during a federal cabinet meeting but no official announcement has yet been made by Pakistan's government.

It was made after the law ministry presented a draft of the anti-rape ordinance at the meeting.

According to GeoTV, Kahn said in the meeting: 'We need to ensure a safe environment for our citizens.'

He said the legislation would be clear and transparent with strict enforcement by officials.

The draft legislation will increase women's role in policing and improve witness protection.

Kahn said rape survivors will be able to register complaints without fear and will have their identities protected by the government.

Member of the Senate of Pakistan Faisal Javed Kahn yesterday said: 'Strict punishments against wild beasts abusing children and women, special policing, fast track cases, protection of witnesses and victims, data bank of rapists, quick and expeditious investigations and other points have been drafted.

'Will be implemented soon to be approved by Parliament.'

Earlier this year on September 14, he Tweeted: 'Rising incidences of child and female abuse.

'The harshest punishments for abusive savage beasts will lead to castration. Our government will legislate soon.'

In recent years, increasingly-vocal and social media-savvy feminists have been challenging the social norms that influence the way rape cases are handled. Sexual harassment and violence against women is common in Pakistan, where nearly 1,000 women are killed each year in so-called 'honor killings' for allegedly violating conservative norms on love and marriage.

Pakistan has witnessed an increase in incidents of rape since 2018, when a serial killer raped and murdered seven-year-old Zainab Ansari in the eastern city of Kasur in Punjab province.

The case drew nationwide protests and Mohammad Imran was later sentenced to death and hanged in the case.

In September, two attackers pulled a woman out of her car which had broken down at night on a deserted highway near the city of Lahore, in eastern Punjab province, and gang-raped her as her terrified children watched. Both men were later arrested.

In September, the rape of a woman in front of her two children on the side of a road sparked unprecedented protests after the police officer in charge of the investigation appeared to blame the woman for her rape. Pictured: Protesters in Karachi in September [File photo] In September, the rape of a woman in front of her two children on the side of a road sparked unprecedented protests after the police officer in charge of the investigation appeared to blame the woman for her rape. Convicted rapists in Pakistan currently face a sentence of between 10 and 25 years in prison or the death penalty.

For gang-rape, the punishment is the death penalty or life imprisonment.

However, ineffective investigation and prosecution of rape cases are commonplace in the country where sexual and gender-based violence towards women is pervasive.

Many women fear they will be shamed or persecuted by police and others if they come forward.

In recent years, increasingly-vocal and social media-savvy feminists have been challenging the social norms that influence the way rape cases are handled in Pakistan.

Chemical castration is taking drugs to suppress their urges, how are they going to make them take them and trust they do? The whole culture in Pakistan is what needs to change too. At least they are talking about it and starting to recognize the violence against women more.

Surgical castration would be a better option.!!

In recent years, increasingly-vocal and social media-savvy feminists have been challenging the social norms that influence the way rape cases are handled in Pakistan.

Good on them. Not an easy place to do that.

How 'greatest criminal of the century' who murdered two wives and his four children before being hanged in Australia could be Jack the RipperFrederick Deeming who killed his two wives and four children could be Jack the Ripper

Frederick Deeming, a bigamist and swindler who spent years roaming the world preying on the innocent and gullible under various aliases, claimed to be haunted by the ghost of his dead mother. The discovery of his wife's body buried under concrete in Melbourne in 1892 triggered an intense manhunt and led back to England where police found the remains of his first spouse and four children in a mass grave. In a new book called The Devil's Work, award-winning journalist and author Garry Linnell traces Deeming's life and crimes across three continents, culminating in a sensational trial that made headlines around the globe. Along the way, Linnell raises fresh questions about the possibility Deeming was responsible for the five London murders attributed to Jack the Ripper, history's most notorious serial killer. A cast of Deeming's head was made after he was hanged in Melbourne Gaol.
