Brain cancer seems to be the leading cause of death of any cancer for the under 16s and far  as I know the cause is not specifically known.

If you look into the amount of radiation from 1945 -- and the rising amounts through Chernobyl and Fukushima --which Fukushima is the very worst  that has happened and has now poisoned the PACIFIC and many other places as it is almost 6 years since this happened -- there is NO seafood that is safe anymore -- and of course there is also fall out from the air and rain all over the globe now -- nothing being told because it will wreck the economy -- Children in Japan with Thyroid cancer  -- Japan IMPORTING and relabeling food and also serving it on plane trips -- and also at the likes of the food fair in Milan!   Also we here are STILL importing and selling PANKO bread crumbs and other things  -- FROM Japan!   Also,  so many other goods too -- as well as STEEL melted from radioactive steel --mmade into cooking utensils etc.

The radiation has reached the USA west coast for many years now as well as the leaks they have themselves from their own failing nuclear power stations and also Canada with their leaking Uranium mines.

Not even counting the amazing amount of bombs / Atomic tests etc that have taken place since 1940s

Of course,  nothing being told via the mainstream media check it out for yourselves --  if you can not find a site/s  let me know as there are MANY

Most healthy women receive several ultrasound scans during pregnancy when the baby is most vulnerable to these waves creating unnecessary thermal and physical pressure to a growing baby.

Unfortunately the ultrasound scans are being treated like selfies ... but there is risk associated.

Interestingly this just happens to be the time span of the popularity of this procedure that the incident rate uf childhood cancer has risen.

campbell, you seem so sure of your assumption that 'stress and other work related problems' cause cancer.

what evidence do you have for this assumption?

I was in the shopping mall the other day when i noticed a little child, a toddler in a pram, playing up. The mother reached into her bag and pulled out her iPad and gave it to the little one to shut her up.  It did keep her quiet, but I don't think she realised the little one was playing up, because the mother was more interested in using her iphone, than paying attention to the baby. Modern motherhood, they haven't got a clue!!!!!

Campbell, how did you reach your conclusions?? There is a  small amount of truth in what you say about stress, but there is no hard evidence to say it causes cancer. Stress however is very damaging to a person who already has cancer. 

This may be of interest to some - Nuclear reactor accidents release very different radioactive substances as compared to nuclear explosions. Low doses of radiation are most likely to cause harm by either killing a cell outright or by mutating a cell, which goes on to either die or become cancerous. If you get enough cells mutated then cancer is the end result.  

A major danger comes from fallout, which can be ingested and remain inside your body, continuing to irradiate you. The scientists say,this doesn't provide much risk to an older person, because they're probably already going to die from natural causes before the added risk from irradiation can build up. Young people will continue to receive radiation from that fallout for decades, though, which increases the likelihood of cancer, and again, irradiating those germ cells.

it is the most insidious disease however it is caused,      i have 3 friends who have had ,   and still have it,    one was breast cancer,    removed and 5 years down the track is going well,    but the other 2 ,  both breast,    and one was a mastectomy,    have really done it rough,   seeing them after treatment would make ypou weep.    ITS when you see young children with it and see how well they cope,   makes you count your blessings,  and wonder whats it all about,    ?  why ?

Every person that I have known that has died due to cancer has been under stress when becoming ill with the sickness.

YES there are other factors contributing to the problem as you all say like chemicals, radiation and bad diets but the trigger is mostly STRESS.

Don't worry be happy is good medicine my friends and one of things that you can do is to give to charity and help other people because it will make you feel like you are contributing to society.
