5 foods to prevent cancer from growing!

As seen on the Dr. Oz. show with the founder
Doctor Li.

1. Artichokes

2. Bok Choy (Chinese cabbage)

3. Flounder - Cooked

4. Strawberries.

5. Tomatoes cooked (best with a bit of Olive Oil)

All at least 3 times a week. Google yourselves
..
Sounds worth the effort as heaps of work has gone into
testing all 5 foods on many people.

Deanna

Son's reaction to lactose includes bloating, stomach pain, diarrhoea and unwellness.

Doesn't take much milk, cheese or whatever milk product either. I have made the mistake with him a couple of times since with small amounts in cooked dishes and always the reaction.

I once wouldn't have believed it. Wheat too but nowhere near the sensitivity.

Geez that's bad Nautilus, I've never had it that bad, I only feel unwell and nauseous, also can develop a headache if I ignore it too much but other than that all is OK. And to be sensitive to wheat as well, geez not much left to eat is there?

Hope they can do something for him soon. Cheers

Deanna,

Not too terrible really when you think of the Asian food options. I really must do much more steamed dishes though.

True true.

I've found a wonderful website which gives good hints on food, health, cleaning tips, etc....

Here is what the author says about strawberries:-

“Strawberries are rich in Vitamin B complex and vitamin C. They also contain potassium and have good skin cleansing properties. they are the only fruit to have its seeds on the outside. The average strawberry has 200 seeds. There is a museum in Belgium just for strawberries. Strawberries are a member of the rose family.”
