6 fake refugees

I hope the 6 Iranian "fake refugees" (who supposedly came here asking asylum under Rudd/Gillard government  saying they would be killed if they ever went back) are deported by the Minister.

They have been going back and forth on holiday and one even went back and brought home a wife.  Apparently they did have Iranian passports which they lied about.  They are nothing but economic refugees.

Even though a tribunal has said they can stay the Minister can over-rule the decision.

I sincerley hope he does

Absolute garbage

Withdraw the protection visa's and send them packing

Meanwhile Centrelink are probably paying and we are probably also paying for the Appeals.

No doubt about that Sandi!   I have said it before we are nothing but a "soft touch"and people take advantage of the Australian good nature and compassion.

I have no problem with genuine refugeee.  I well remember a photograph taken of people coming off a boat and they were dressed in latest fashion, carrying their  luggage. None of the ones in the photograph were wearing the normal wear we associate with those coming via people smugglers. Remarked to hubby that they looked more like people going off on a cruise than refugees fleeing persecution.

Wonder how many others (apart from these 6) will be uncovered  holding passports from their mother country which they have concealed.

Not a big "Dutton" fan - but - he should act on this one!!!   Also - that ISIS guy they are trying  to deport back to Australia  (the one that had his 8 yr. old son -  holding the "severed head" and holding guns etc. ) -   erkkk   .....why are we trying to bring him back when we have to jail him for 25 years?

Why don't we just leave him in Turkey????   Why pay all these mega dollars to bring him back and keep him in jail here??? Beggars belief!?

Unbelievable!

This is the guy Foxy (Neil Prakash)...he is not the other guy you are thinking about...he is "supposedly" dead (Sharrouf or something like that)but the kids are still there but the mother died.  I hope he rots in the Turkey jail...we dont want the mongrel back here.

The grandmother is still trying to get them back.

heavens alone knows what or who we have here,    half the 'REFUGEES'     coming here are no more refugees than i am,     who wouldnt want to come here,   when they get welfare without having to do a days work,  life is handed to them on a platter,        but our homeless,   or mentaly ill can go hike it,  as far as the gov is concerened

.... yep you got that right Cats!

Only last week the Govt. "opened up" land they had been "sitting on" for years - which equated to 6,000 standard housing blocks ......(here in Melb.) ....goody for them to finally do that - but - when the migrant/refugee intake is so massive every year and the majority take up residence in Sydney/Melbourne....hardly makes a difference in the "grand scheme of things"!   Joke!!

The brother of Khaled Sharrouf (the terrorist whose children held up the heads) has now been arrested.

"THE brother of Islamic State terrorist Khaled Sharrouf allegedly told police “you ... deserve everything that’s coming to you” when they raided his home on Anzac Day looking for weapons.

Arken Sharrouf allegedly made the threat during a heated confrontation with specialist riot control officers, and is accused of trying to stare down police with “crazy eyes” after they forced their way into his taxpayer-funded home.

Police allege the raid came after the Sharrouf brothers had referenced Anzac Day in a conversation, sparking concerns of a possible terrorist attack plot. The raid turned into a standoff before Sharrouf was arrested by police using an armbar hold, then handcuffed and removed from the home on Belmore Rd, Peakhurst, just after 6am."

He allegedly resisted police attempts to search him for weapons by making his entire body limp so police could not get him off the floor. He also allegedly tensed and manipulated his arms when police tried to handcuff him.

The details were included in police documents as Sharrouf faced Sutherland Local Court yesterday, pleading not guilty to a charge of resisting arrest.

BUMP

...yesterday's paper stated that the AAC has over-ruled Dutton!  So why do we need to pay Dutton big bucks to be Immigration Minister if he cannot make final decisions?

Also the paper posed this question:-   Why are Australian taxpayer's funding these refugees when they are not even "Australian" citizens?   Pathetic!

While we belong to United Nations we will continuously have to cop this sort of Cr.p.

Thankfully the term of the tribunal, President Justice Duncan Kerr is up.

"Mr Dutton said it was important to note the tribunal's president Justice Duncan Kerr, whose term expired on Monday, was a former federal Labor MP.

"When you look at some of the judgements that are made, the sentences that are handed down it's always interesting to go back to have a look at the appointment of the particular Labor Government of the day," Mr Dutton told Sydney radio station 2GB.

"Anyway, it's a frustration we live with."

Justice Kerr will remain as a Federal Court judge and Mr Dutton said the Government will make "new appointments" when they come up.(t

"We won't continue the appointments of some people and that's how the system works," he said."

I wonder if the Minister can have another 'go' at deporting them once there is a new President?

Always thought the Immigration Minister had the final decision??

An Islamic bookstore owner jailed for sending money to foreign fighters in Syria will spend additional time behind bars for extortion.

Omar Succarieh, who is already serving 4½ years in prison for foreign incursion offences, was found guilty in March after a judge-only trial in the Brisbane District Court of trying to extort $50,000 from a Brisbane cafe owner.

On Monday, Judge Brian Devereaux sentenced him to two years and nine months for the extortion.

This sentence pushes Succarieh's previous parole eligibility date out from September this year to May 2018.

During the extortion trial, the court heard Succarieh, now 34, had threatened to break Vasilios Pippos's legs over a non-existent $50,000 debt.

Fearing for his safety, Mr Pippos handed over $10,000, before reporting the matter to police.
