I'd be ok with it if my sons didn't keep harping on about what fish do in it !!!  :(

The number of glasses of water per day depends on age,activity level and even climate and season. To state that its ok for anyone to drink this amount is ridiculous.  

For many people who aren't super active this amount of water would decrease the amount of nutrients they could consume ! ....and not everyone has immediate access to a toilet 

It's always been my understanding that drinking ice cold water is bad for you for a number of reasons.

Wonder if exposing the body to the cold also works if you lie in front of a freezing air conditioner ?
