After I had a fall i was in quite a bit of pain of the hip and knee and nothing much helped. Then a lady at the garden club told me about elmore oil that someone she knew was using and I have found it really good whenever I get any pain now. Mind you she did tell me Elmo's oil and the chemist did look at me strangely before he brought me the bottle.
