Am I still eligible for Carer's payment?

My husband has been on a Disability Pension for several years.  I have been his Carer and I receive a Carer's payment.  He reached Age Pension age so therfore swapped to the Aged Pension.  His Disability has not changed.

My problem now is he wants to do a particular voluntary job.  For this job he must pass a basic Medical, conducted by a GP.  If he passes will Centrelink have the right to look at my Carer's payment and say I am no longer eligible?  He would only be doing this voluntary work for about one day a week and he would not be paid.

I think this voluntary job would be good for his health, and help his disability.  So has anyone got any idea's what could happen?

im not sure MARSA,    but i think you would lose it,   if centerlink find out,    if he is capable of work,   even one day a week,    he doesnt need a full time carer,  [in centerlinks eyes,   ]     but make sure and check,   you will find aall the pamphlets you want at centerlink,  that will tell you,
