And another one!

from the bbc...happened in last hour

"A failed Syrian asylum seeker has blown himself up and injured 12 other people with a backpack bomb near a festival in the south German town of Ansbach.

The state of Bavaria's interior minister said the 27-year-old man had detonated the device after being refused entry to the music festival.

About 2,500 people were evacuated from the venue after the explosion.

Bavaria has been on edge since a knife rampage on a train claimed by so-called Islamic State last Monday.

In that attack, in Wuerzburg, an axe-wielding Afghan asylum seeker teenager was shot dead after injuring five people.

shooting rampage in the state capital, Munich, on Friday left nine people dead but police are not treating it as a terrorist attack.

The Ansbach blast is reported to have happened at about 22:10 (20:10 GMT) outside the Eugens Weinstube bar in the centre of the town, which has a population of 40,000 and is home to a US military base.

The bomb went off close to the entrance to the Ansbach Open music festival.

Three of the injured were in a serious condition, police said.

Security services have sealed off the city centre and experts are trying to establish the kind of explosives the bomber used."

yeppers yu will find disturbed peeps in most countrys.  Maybe its becomin fashonabul to do stuff and get yer name in the paper.

I think it is a good move to check the mental records of people suspected of terrorism.

www.abc.com.au

"Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has indicated the Federal Government may want access to the mental health files of individuals suspected of terrorist activity.

The Government's top anti-terror adviser has been asked to investigate Australian terror suspects' potential links with mental illness and past criminal behaviour.

The Prime Minister's request to counter-terrorism coordinator Greg Moriarty is part of a full "lessons learnt" review of Australia's defences against so-called "lone wolf" attacks, such as those carried out with a truck in Nice, an axe in Germany and guns in Orlando.

Mr Turnbull has told Macquarie Radio the Government wants to protect people's privacy, but that needs to be balanced with national security.

"I think it's important that we are all mindful of the new environment in which we're operating and that is why we've got to look at it very carefully," Mr Turnbull said.

Mr Turnbull conceded accessing the files would be a "huge step".

"Yes it would be, and that's why it's important to speak with some precision.

"You've got a number of important interests to balance here. Mental health alone, leaving aside issues of terrorism, is a gigantic challenge."

Mr Turnbull said he valued Australia's "very significant" privacy protections, but his priority was to keep people safe.

"It is critical too that people feel and know that when they go to [youth mental health organisation] Headspace, for example, they do so confidentially.

"That is why it has to be approached carefully, but my most important obligation, my most important responsibility as the Prime Minister of Australia, is to keep the people of Australia safe."

That seems like 4 attacks in a week in Germany

Maybe the country does not meet their expectations and Merkel's promises.

"FURIOUS migrants have turned against Angela Merkel en masse and are now BLAMING her for risking the lives of their children by luring them to Europe on false pretences, Express.co.uk can exclusively reveal today."

Abby, I have in the last few days been reading comments on a German newspaper forum and the natives are not happy with Merkel at all.

I have read where 2/3rds want her out at the next election.

Sounds like Tony Abbott.

all imigrants,   no matter where they come from,  should ha ve to undergo health an mental checks,    the attacks that are happening now,    are mostly from migrants who attack with knives and guns,     there have always been attacks,    but not like now,     once people had a fight and it was fists,    not to much harm done,    you never heard of knivs being pulled and people stabbed,   now its an everyday thing,      these migrants have been brought up to fight that way,     a life i nothing to them,     and anyone found guilty of these attacks should be deported back to whever they came from,   no ifs or buts,    out ,
