Best "creamed" spinach

I am crazy for spinach in all forms - here is a favourite recipe. It can be used as a side dish with many things and is good with Indian food. I have read recipes where they use real cream but as I don't like to use cream(fat!!!) I substitute a healthy ingredient.
I don't usually measure the ingredients in this, just "guesstimate".

Take either half or full tin of spinach, place in blender.
Add several dessertspoons of plain low fat yoghurt.
Add garlic and lemon juice, as much or as little as you like. You can also add some black pepper if you like.
Blend until smooth. Taste it,then add more flavour if you need to.
Serve hot or cold as a side dish or dip, or salad dressing.
