Disability pension restrictions

Can a person receiving disability pension still do a bit of volunteering to keep in touch with the community without endangering their pension payments.  I am only talking about less than 5 hours a week.

Would appreciate any information someone can give.

100% ok.  You are not even close to effecting your d/pension.  And if it is voluntry [you do the work for free] then you can do this as much as you like.

I also THINK ??? you can work a few paid hours a week???

Yes. You would need to work well over  20 hrs a week and depending on what amount you earn.   Grumpy has nothing to be concerned about.
