Finally, a diagnosis of my major health issue.

"Good exercises for your bum

Glute stretch — Sit on a chair, bring one leg up so you cross the leg and let the ankle sit around knee level. Lift up out of the chest and lean forward a bit more and relax into it."


   Do not think I will ever be the same

if I ever manage to get untangled

It's okay if you are a contortionist. Im afraid I would do myself a bit of damage.

Think they must be for 'young bums'.

Like you could have put up a caution before putting it up ???

What do you think that you are on some sort of jouvenile forum ... I know sometimes when reading the posts one may think that
