Down the plughole...
Has anyone noticed the huge amount of posts and threads in here that just fade away through lack of participation?
I have just strolled back through a fair amount of pages and the lack of interest in posts that have obviously taken the member a lot of time and thought to put up is amazing...
Some have not even had the courtesy of acknowledgement and have slid away into oblivion Whereas a lot of them should have brought in some interesting life stories or responses..
What is it with this site that causes the huge amount of frantic interest when the subject puts fire in the belly, or provides an opportunity to throw insults but the posts that dont stir up the blood hardly get a mention..?
Is that what the average retiree spends hours at the desk and waits for, fingers at the ready and heart racing to vent off steam ?
If so ,then I have answered my own querie,haven't I?
Now I too dont know why I bothered....!

It's all gone quiet in here, not many talented people around I suppose...maybe I should put up another small tent and start up Bingo...the chimps are pretty clever,they could hold up the numbers as the elephant pulls them out of the barrel with his trunk....
Animal labour is very cost effective, and should bring in a tidy profit...I can't involve the big cats though, too many clawses in their contract.
